Halloween Softball Fundraiser Event

Join us in celebration of our 3rd Annual Pawsome Halloween Charity Fundraising Tournament!

This year, our Halloween Fundraising Goal is $5,000!!!

Date/Time: October 29th, 2022

Softball Tournament from 9:30am-4pm & BBQ starts at 12pm-dusk

Location: East River Field 3 & 4 for Tournament & BBQ area is right next to Field 6

Tournament Details: - Team Donation is $600 plus $25 process fee for tournament & bbq

(To waive processing fees, use the mobile app Venmo Pawsomesquad and write Donation Halloween Fundraiser)

Tournament Rules:

1. - Coed with 7 men 3 women on field - 3 games guaranteed - ASA Rules - 6 innings or 1hr time limit, no extra innings (only in semifinals & finals with international rules) - modified-lob arc pitching (5-8 feet, 0-0 count, foul ball on 2nd strike is an out.) - Top 4 teams after 3 games advance to Semi-Finals. - Event of Tie after 3 games, team with the most donations will advance!!! - Balls, Bases, and Umpires will be provided.
2. BBQ will be included in package as well!!!

For all our charity softball tournaments, our goal is to have each team do their best to help us reach our fundraising goal through your network of family, friends, and associates. Your support is very important for us to secure more funding for our future projects to help save lives!

As an incentive, your team gets to win prizes for each level reached!!!
