Found wandering alone in a cemetery, little Cali, just 6 months old spayed female, started her journey in fear and uncertainty. Loud noises and quick movements still startle her a bit—but don’t let that fool you. This brave girl is a determined survivor with a heart full of love.

Within just a few days of care and kindness, Cali bloomed into the sweetest, most affectionate pup. She’s treat-motivated, loves to play her heart out, and has puppy energy for days! She’s already learned her commands and is always eager to please—especially when snacks are involved 🍖😉.

Cali is super social, getting along great with her foster siblings (both two- and four-legged!). She loves being in the middle of the fun, always curious, always ready to explore, and always down for a snuggle.

When you leave the house, she might miss you for a bit—but she settles down quickly and will be waiting with the happiest tail wags when you return.

Once known as Hargrove, this beautiful blue-nose pittie pup was found tied to a tree in a Bronx park—abandoned, frightened, and alone. His life nearly ended at the shelter, but fate had other plans. A kind foster opened their heart and home, and from that moment, Kai’s story began to change.

At first, Kai was fearful and unsure of the world. But with patience, love, and consistency, he slowly began to trust again—and now? He’s a gentle, laid-back soul who just wants to be close to his people.

Kai is incredibly smart and knows all his commands: place, sit, no, stay, off, and more! He’s also crate trained, and while he might whine a little when you leave, he settles down and patiently waits for your return—tail wagging when you walk through the door. 💕

He notices other dogs and even cats, but his heart really belongs to you. Kai thrives with human companionship, eager to please, always ready with a soft gaze or a snuggle. He may take a moment to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he’s your loyal cuddle bug for life.

Meet Finn – From Shelter Shadows to Sunshine Days 🌞🐾

Once known as King Joe at the NYC ACC, this sweet 2-year-11-month-old pittie mix was running out of time. He landed on the At-Risk list, facing euthanasia simply because the system was too full—and his past had left him scared and misunderstood. But everything changed the day he became Finn.

When Finn first arrived in our care, his fear was clear. He was too scared to potty outside, terrified of balls, and even unsure about wearing a collar. He craved affection but had no idea how to navigate the world around him. He had zero structure, no training, and carried the weight of uncertainty everywhere he went.

But Finn had something else too: heart. With love, patience, and consistent training, Finn began to blossom. Step by step, he conquered his fears. Now? He’s a total goofball who lights up the yard with his zoomies. He LOVES playing fetch, soccer, learning new tricks, and cuddling like a champion. 🎾⚽🐶

Finn is friendly, affectionate, and full of energy. He’s still working on resource guarding with other dogs, so he’d do best as a solo companion or with a patient adopter who can help guide him. He’s otherwise social with other pups and always eager to please.

Finn is a survivor, a learner, and a lover. He’s come so far, and now he’s just waiting for his forever home where he can shine.
